A cost effective solution for growing businesses in Horsham Back

Redwood Financial Advisers Ltd was established in 2002, with two directors who developed their business to a sizable firm. Like many businesses, they were finding that they needed to spend more and more of their time on administration and statutory financial tasks rather than actually running their business. Their accountant, Tony Sandford of Plummer Parsons, referred them to Brian Johnstone of The Financial Management Centre in Horsham approximately two years ago, with a view to him taking on responsibility for the management of some of these tasks.

Redwood provides a regular summary of their revenue to The Financial Management Centre to use as a basis to formulate management figures ahead of monthly Directors’ Meetings. The use of Quickbooks software enables the figures to be presented in such a way that the Directors can see the performance of each individual and therefore the overall business performance.  In addition, The Financial Management Centre prepares the monthly payroll, ensuring that Redwood remain compliant with HMRC’s RTI procedures.

At year end, The Financial Management Centre also prepares annual accounts for Redwood to pass on to their accountants. 

Brian works closely with the admin staff on site, freeing up time for the Directors to concentrate on running and growing their business.
