Rachael Olukoju
Manager
Rachael is a diligent qualified accountant with audit experience and joined us from a top 15 accountancy firm. With a thirst for knowledge and personal development Rachael continues to study towards further qualifications. She is a strong communicator who is passionate, goal driven and leads by example.
Rachael has significant experience in management and statutory accounts preparation and review alongside a strong understanding of reporting and completion against strict deadlines and budgets. She has acted as Financial Controller/Finance Manager for various clients and has a passion for helping business owners to succeed.
Rachael has a varied experience in a wide range of industries with significant exposure to the travel sector and the Tour Operators Margin Scheme (TOMS) with a very personal interest in retail. She is an experienced user of Xero and is an accredited user, which enables us to advise clients on the benefits of using Cloud based accounting packages.
Friendly and outgoing, in her spare time Rachael enjoys baking for family and friends, walking and the gym.
Lauren Harding
Accounts Assistant
Lauren is a highly motivated AAT Level 3 qualified accountant with 5 years’ experience working in practice. Lauren is also a fully qualified AAT bookkeeper with a keen appetite to expand her knowledge and gain further qualifications and experience.
As business accounting has increasingly moved onto the cloud Lauren has maintained training to become Xero accredited including Xero payroll and QuickBooks Pro Advisor Certified.
Lauren enjoys watching films, cooking, crafting and in her spare time she loves to support the local community by organising charity & social events.
